Responsibilities

  • Develop positive relationship with clients

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner

  • Managing accounts portfolio to achieve long-term success

  • Establishing a good relationships with clients

  • Handling customer needs

  • Dealing with disputes by providing effective solutions

  • Overseeing account representatives to boost sales

  • Making suggestions to improve sales performance

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with proven experience as a Sales Account Manager

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Experience in Exhibitions is a PLUS

  • Product demonstration

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Displaying professionalism

  • Being target driven and highly motivated
